Bringing the Seafood Boil to the Eastern Shore
Delmarva Seafood Boil is a locally owned seafood boil restaurant and catering company serving the Eastern Shore. The idea for the company began in the Outer Banks of North Carolina, where it operated as a small seafood boil business serving families gathered around one big table. When we brought the concept north to Ocean City in 2018, it took on a life of its own here on the Shore.
Since 2018, we’ve been serving up family-style seafood boils built around fresh ingredients, simple seasoning, and good hospitality. We were one of the first businesses in the area focused entirely on the seafood boil experience, and we take a lot of pride in doing it right.
History of the Seafood Boil
The seafood boil is one of America’s most beloved coastal food traditions. The classic boil is rooted in the Low Country cooking of the south and features fresh shellfish, smoked sausage, corn, and potatoes in a single pot seasoned with bold spices.
We get to incorporate local seafood and produce from the Eastern Shore and bay waterways, with a seasoning profile shaped by generations of shore cooking. The format stays the same with one pot, one table, and everybody eats together.
